Job summary

Schaffers Mill is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to maintain golf course conditioning and aesthetics in a hospitality-focused environment.

You will work with hand-held equipment, operate small machinery, and assist with course setup, soil beds, and debris cleanup, delivering safe, reliable service.

Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand-held equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material.
• Performs tasks related to course detailing (weed and debris cleanup).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their respective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00
