Job summary

Desert Mountain Club in North Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a dedicated Greenskeeper to help maintain a world-class golf facility across multiple courses. You will work as part of the Agronomy team to support turf health and course conditions.

Typical shifts run early morning hours, and the role offers full-time status with benefits including medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee meals during shifts. Experience on golf courses is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior golf course maintenance experience is a plus.
• Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Experience operating golf course maintenance equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate small power mowers, trimmers, greens mower, tee mowers, and related equipment.
• Perform hand mowing/trimming and renovation work as needed.
• Operate utility vehicles to haul mowers/materials and remove debris.
• Cultivate and water trees and plants; assist with course setup and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
