Job summary

Desert Mountain Club, a premier private residential community in North Scottsdale, is seeking an Equipment Operator to maintain world-class golf courses. You will safely operate light motorized equipment, mowers, and dump trucks while performing routine maintenance and supporting renovations.

This role requires prior golf course experience and a valid Arizona Driver's License. The team values a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic as you contribute to a top-tier club

Qualifications

• Prior golf course experience and a valid Arizona Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate motorized equipment according to manufacturer specifications and Desert Mountain procedures.
• Operate mowers and tractor drawn equipment in golf course areas.
• Maintain, lubricate, and make minor adjustments to equipment.
• Operate and use dump trucks and trailers for hauling materials.
• Operate any small mowers, blowers, trimmers, rakes, including greens mowers, tee mowers, triplexes and Nationals.
• Perform all regular duties of a Greenskeeper.
• Participate in small renovation and construction projects.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.
