Job summary

Carolinas Staffing in Southport, NC is seeking a full-time greenskeeper to perform ground maintenance and related tasks on golf course or landscaped areas.

The role includes operating small machinery, raking bunkers, preparing soil beds, hauling debris, and occasional pruning with a requirement for regular attendance. Valid driver’s license and background check are required, with Monday–Thursday 6 am–2 pm and a Saturday or Sunday shift 6 am–10 am.

Responsibilities

Perform semi-skilled ground construction and maintenance work.
Rake and maintain sand bunkers.
Operate small machinery for edging, trimming and mowing.

Operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
Perform skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
Regular attendance and physical tasks (standing, walking, kneeling, etc.).

Regularly stands, walks, sits, and uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally climbs or balances; stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches.
