Job summary

Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Maricopa, AZ is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to help maintain the course and contribute to a positive guest experience while growing knowledge of golf club operations. As part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, you will perform landscape maintenance, bunker upkeep, mowing, soil preparation, and assist with course setup and safety.

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
