Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related field; on-the-job training provided.
• Physical tasks: lifting, bending, stooping, standing for long periods.
• Keen eye for detail to maintain manicured course.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet maintenance schedules.
• Willingness to work with others and communicate with supervisors.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of operating landscaping equipment safely.
• Passion for golf and understanding of course maintenance benefits quality play.

Responsibilities

• Mow grass with precision equipment to ensure uniformity across the course.
• Trim edges along pathways, bunkers, and designated areas for clean lines.
• Rake and maintain sand traps to provide consistent surfaces.
• Perform general labor: weeding, mulching, planting to enhance landscape.
• Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles).
• Monitor turf conditions and report issues to supervisor for resolution.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
