Job summary

Proven Winners Europe LTD in Pembroke, NH, seeks a Grower Manager to oversee all greenhouse growing processes, ensuring high plant quality and optimal crop readiness while leading a team of assistant growers.

You will manage propagation, crop growth, environmental control, pest and disease management, crop placement, and data-driven record keeping, collaborating with Production, QCIC, Sales, Logistics, and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a greenhouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of plant biology and pest management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in greenhouse management software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Propagation management including temperature, humidity, fertility, and crop organization.
• Oversee crop growth, monitor health, adjust cultural practices as needed.
• Regulate greenhouse conditions to optimize growth.
• Identify and control pests and diseases; implement IPM strategies.
• Plan crop placement to maximize space and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records on crop progress and environmental data.
• Conduct regular crop inspections with Head Growers and address issues.
• Collaborate with Production, QCIC, Sales, Logistics, and Maintenance.
• Supervise and train assistant growers to build skills and teamwork.
