Proven Winners seeks a dedicated team member to help produce high quality plant material in a hands-on, in-person environment in Michigan. You will maintain the growing area, monitor crop health, and follow safety standards while collaborating with teammates.

Responsibilities include irrigation, record-keeping, and contributing ideas to improve efficiency. Prior horticulture exposure is preferred; strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous horticultural background preferred.
• Effective communication in English, written and spoken.
