This role requires extensive horticultural production experience, strong leadership, and the ability to optimize capacity, control costs, and drive safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in horticulture or commensurate experience.
• Strong knowledge of plant production and pest/disease control.
• Experience managing production in greenhouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of horticultural plants and crops.
• Lead greenhouse staff and manage the master production plan.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and control costs.
• supervise safety initiatives and team meetings.
