Role Description

The Greenhouse Grower, Nursery Support role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Lynden, WA. This role is responsible for supporting greenhouse and nursery operations, including monitoring plant health, assisting with propagation, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, and pest and disease management under established protocols. The position involves maintaining clean and organized growing environments, operating basic greenhouse equipment, and following safety and quality standards. The Greenhouse Grower, Nursery Support team member collaborates with supervisors and colleagues to meet production goals and seasonal timelines, accurately record data related to plant growth and treatments, and assist with general farm tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of greenhouse or nursery operations, including plant care, propagation, and basic pest and disease identification.
