Botanical Designs LLC is seeking a Greenhouse Coordinator – Interior Horticulture to support care, preparation, and coordination of interior plant material for landscaping services. You will help maintain plant health, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment while ensuring high horticultural standards.

This role ensures plant health, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment of service needs while upholding high-quality horticultural standards. The coordinator also collaborates with field technicians to maintain exceptional client service.The primary responsibility is to perform horticultural maintenance tasks with care and efficiency, ensuring the highest level of service delivery. Additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):Greenhouse & Coordination DutiesMaintain greenhouse plant inventory, ensuring plant quality and readiness for service useCoordinate plant orders, deliveries, and tracking within Aspire/ServiceTitan systemsMonitor plant health and implement proper watering, fertilization, and pest control practicesPrepare plant material for installation, replacement, and seasonal updatesAssist with identifying plant replacements and coordinating installation needsClient Service & Maintenance DutiesExceed client expectations through professional, courteous, and efficient serviceManage assigned service routes and client accounts effectivelyProvide routine interior plant care including:Pruning, grooming, and trimming plantsMonitoring soil moisture levelsCleaning plants (dusting, washing, or spraying as needed)Identify and document additional service needs (large pruning, pesticide applications, plant replacements, etc.)Ensure all work areas are clean and restored upon service completionOperational ResponsibilitiesSafely operate company vehicles, including driving in urban/downtown environmentsMaintain cleanliness and organization of work vehiclesTrack tools and equipment on job sites and report issues promptlyAccurately record working hours and service activitiesParticipate in company improvement initiatives (LEAN practices)Team & CommunicationBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, coworkers, and managementCommunicate plant care needs and technical information clearly to clientsDemonstrate professionalism in appearance, conduct, and communicationStay informed on industry trends and continue professional developmentSupport team collaboration and assist others when neededKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Strong understanding of horticultural best practices and plant health managementAbility to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfactionWork EnvironmentCombination of greenhouse, interior client sites, and outdoor environmentsExposure to moderate noise levels and varying conditionsOccasional work at heights or in confined areasBenefits for Full Time Eligible Include:Medical with contribution coverages on our health program as defined by planDental as defined by planVision as defined by plan401K as defined by planPaid Holidays as defined by company policyPersonal Time Off (PTO) based on the accrual allotment as defined by the company policyPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear.
