Qualificações

• 3-5 years direct sales and customer service experience in the green goods business.
• Advanced horticultural knowledge with focus on annuals, herbs, vegetables and tropical plants.
• Comfort with budgeting and inventory concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day activities in the greenhouse and conservatory to meet sales goals.
• Train seasonal staff and reinforce excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on promotions, displays and inventory control.
• Maintain plant health, merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
