Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions seeks a seasoned Project Site Manager / Superintendent for a greenfield semiconductor facility in West Lafayette, IN. You will lead on-site execution from site development through commissioning, coordinating multiple contractors, trades, and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost control, with responsibility for CSA/MEP, process systems, cleanroom, and tool-install interfaces while maintaining OSHA

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects
• Proven experience on semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing facilities
• Leadership of multi-billion-dollar or multi-phase construction projects
• Experience with fast-track, design-build, or EPC delivery models
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site oversight for construction activities on a greenfield semiconductor project
• Establish site organization, communication protocols, and execution standards
• Oversee general contractors, trade partners, subcontractors, and vendor teams
• Represent the project in site meetings with owners, engineers, AHJs, and third-party inspectors
• Coordinate site development and vertical construction interfaces
• Direct execution of CSA, MEP, process systems, cleanroom, and support for future tool installation activities
• Monitor progress against master schedule and milestones
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and safety requirements
• Establish and enforce a strong site-wide safety culture with zero incidents
