Grid Dynamics is seeking a Java-focused engineer to help build a greenfield eTrading platform for a Tier 1 bank in New York City. You will design and implement scalable Java services and integrate them with Solace and Kafka, working closely with front-end and core low-latency teams.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, general-purpose Java services for the new eTrading platform from the ground up.
• Connect services across the platform using Solace and Kafka messaging architectures.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers and low-latency C++/Rust engineers on integrated solutions.
• Lead changes across the full delivery cycle, including architecture reviews, development, testing, and deployment.
• Help establish high-quality engineering practices on a greenfield project.
