Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the ground-up greenfield manufacturing project in Georgia, based at the Newnan plant with oversight of the new LaGrange facility. The role requires coordinating internal teams, design-build partners, contractors and international leadership, including weekly calls with Beijing.

Travel to LaGrange and proximity to Newnan are expected. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction project management, 5+ years in large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects and budgets.
• 5+ years managing large-scale construction projects including Greenfield developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the greenfield project from development and planning through construction, completion, and handover.
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables.
• Oversee design-build firm, general contractor, engineers, consultants, and other partners.
• Monitor critical path, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, including change orders and negotiations.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, quality, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Guide partners through permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Provide senior leadership with updates on progress, finances, risks, and decisions.
• Participate in weekly calls with international leadership across time zones.
