Your Talent Team in Georgia is seeking a Project Director to lead a ground-up food manufacturing greenfield project. Based at the Newnan plant, you will oversee design-build partners, GC, engineers, and consultants to deliver an operational facility in LaGrange.

Expect weekly calls with Beijing leadership and travel between sites. The role requires 10+ years in construction, 5+ years in large-scale projects, and a PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in construction project management and budgets.
• 5+ years leading large-scale greenfield projects.
• Experience delivering at least 5 industrial projects with one over $100M.
• Greenfield experience in food or pharma manufacturing.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead greenfield project from development through handover.
• Develop and manage scope, budgets, schedules, milestones, resources.
• Oversee design-build firms, GC, engineers, consultants, and partners.
• Monitor critical path, identify risks, implement mitigation.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, QA, finance.
• Navigate permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Promote safety culture and compliance with standards.
• Provide senior leadership updates on progress and risk.
• Participate in weekly calls with international leadership.
