Job summary

TEEMA's client, a global leader in advanced semiconductor manufacturing, seeks a Manufacturing Systems Engineer (MES / Factory Automation) to support the implementation and ramp-up at a new Arizona facility.

The role focuses on MES, CIM, automation, and quality systems installation, configuration, integration, deployment, and troubleshooting, working with manufacturing, IT, and vendors to build scalable factory systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in manufacturing IT, factory automation, semiconductor manufacturing systems, or a closely related environment.
Hands-on experience with MES, CIM/EAP/RMS, factory automation, logistics, or manufacturing quality systems such as SPC/FDC.
Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.

Responsibilities

Configure, test, deploy, and support MES and related manufacturing systems.
Integrate MES with CIM/EAP/RMS, automation systems such as AMHS/OHT, quality systems, and ERP platforms.
Manage system interfaces and manufacturing data flows, including lot tracking, WIP, recipes, and dispatching logic.
Maintain manufacturing master data, including process flows, equipment, materials, and recipes.
Support SIT, UAT, commissioning, go-live, factory ramp-up, and stabilization activities.
Troubleshoot system issues affecting manufacturing operations and data integrity.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, IT, automation teams, and external technology vendors.
Participate in system design reviews and requirements definition.
Document system functionality, enhancements, configurations, and procedures.
