Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an Operations Manager in Taunton, MA to lead production, warehouse and delivery operations. The role develops branch plans to support growth strategy, improve financial and operational performance, and maintain a safety-first culture.

Strong leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success. The position requires Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3–5 years of related experience in millwork/distribution, with seen emphasis on process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; three to five years related experience in distribution/manufacturing is desirable.
• Experience leading warehouse, production and delivery operations is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel for reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production, Warehouse and Delivery operations to meet safety and efficiency targets.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and material planning for branch needs.
• Analyze IT systems and reports for production and distribution performance; implement improvements.
