Job summary

Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) seeks a Green School Works Fellow to support grant administration, outreach, and program operations. The role offers hybrid in‑office and remote work in downtown Boston and can be part‑time or full‑time.

Start date January 2027 with flexible hours (25–40 per week) and a pay rate of $20 per hour. The fellow will assist with data analysis, stakeholder communications, and project tracking.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of an Associates, Bachelors, or Masters program.
• Interest in clean energy and building science.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setting in Boston.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational flow of the Green School Works program, including supporting invoice reviews and documentation quality.
• Respond to email inquiries and communicate with stakeholders.
• Review project, invoice, and deliverable information for grant reimbursement.
• Develop outreach and engagement strategies for GSW awareness and participation.
• Analyze program data and develop charts and tables for reporting.
• Draft memos, reports, and program summaries.
