Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) seeks a Green School Works Fellow to support program implementation, stakeholder outreach, and data analysis in a hybrid Boston setting. The role offers experience in grant administration and public-sector program delivery, with flexible part-time or full-time options and a January 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program.
• Interest in clean energy and building science.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and data tracking.

Responsabilités

• Support operational flow of the Green School Works program and documentation quality.
• Engage with stakeholders and respond to inquiries with guidance from MassCEC staff.
• Review project data to assist grant reimbursements and milestones.
• Develop outreach materials and support stakeholder engagement activities.
• Analyze program data and create visual communication tools.
• Draft memos, reports, and presentations summarizing activities.
