Job summary

UNICEF invites qualified candidates to support country offices from conceptualization through execution to launch, scale, and adaptation of Green Rising offerings focused on climate action and sustainable livelihoods. The role involves facilitating strategy workshops and providing regular technical support.

Responsibilities include onboarding staff, drafting fundraising proposals, and coordinating with the GenU MarComms team to showcase Green Rising externally.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public policy, social sciences or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years in volunteer/public engagement work.

Responsibilities

• Support UNICEF country offices from conceptualization to launch and scale of Green Rising offerings.
• Prepare fundraising proposals and donor reports for Green Rising initiatives.
• Draft external communications and event proposals with GenU MarComms team.
• Advise on global strategy for the Green Rising program.
