Green Corps is seeking college graduates to join the Campaigner Program for the 2027-2028 cycle. The Field School for Environmental Organizing trains new organizers through classroom instruction and a field placement across the country.

We're accepting the top 10 candidates for our 2027-2028 program. Graduates will join our nearly 450 alumni who are leading environmental campaigns and organizations across the country. This position is approximately 4 months. Pay and benefits are prorated for the length of your campaign position, based on this target annual package: The target annual compensation for this position is $40,000 (but compensation may range between $40,000 and $44,450 depending on location and start date). Our benefits package for short-term staff includes medical insurance for employees and dependents after 90 days on staff, paid sick time (60-80 hours/year depending on location, prorated for the length of your campaign position), and a commuter benefit program.
