Peet’s Coffee, Inc. is seeking a Green Coffee Warehouse Team Member for the 2nd shift in Brooklyn Center, MN. You will help move and store green coffee, support blending, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production setting
• Previous forklift driving experience
• Basic manufacturing equipment familiarity and setup knowledge

Responsibilities

• Load and blend green coffee to meet daily production needs
• Receive, inspect, and properly store inbound coffee shipments
• Operate equipment (forklifts, Strong Arm, tumble drum) to move, unload, and package materials
• Package blended coffee into supersacks for production and shipment
• Monitor and document quality, food safety, and operational procedures
• Identify and escalate issues related to quality, safety, production, or equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (GMPs, SSOPs)
• Follow all safety, food safety, and standard operating procedures
• Participate in trainings and support other production areas as needed

As a **Green Coffee Warehouse Operator**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of coffee from arrival to production. The target annual base salary range for this position is **$19– $21**. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education, certifications or licenses, other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors, and the geographic location of the role. In addition to base pay, individuals in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
