Peet’s Coffee Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate II for Alameda, CA, on the 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm).

The role covers day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping and cycle counts with emphasis on safety and accuracy. You will use RF scanners and various material handling equipment, support the supervisor and train teammates as needed, and ensure targets for quality, accuracy, and efficiency are met.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, product receiving, product shipping and product replenishment, ensuring safety and security of the warehouse and providing management and direction to warehouse staff as needed. The Warehouse Associate II acts as a support role for the lead and the supervisor of the department, setting an example and assisting in training that supports a change on systems or operations in the Roasting Plant and Distribution Center. This position reports to the department supervisor.Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm)Hourly Rate: $21-$23/hourLocation: Alameda, CAWhat You Will Do:Ability to perform all warehouse activities, including but not limited to, pick, pack, ship, receive, put-away, cycle count, and inventory audit. The actual hourly pay rate offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications or licenses, other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors, and the geographic location of the role.
