Stumptown Coffee Roasters in Portland, OR is looking for a Green Coffee Handler to support roasting operations. Report to the Roasting Manager and coordinate with Demand Planning, Traffic and Quality to ensure unroasted green coffee is staged and moved according to the daily schedule.

The role requires physical stamina to lift 75 lb and maneuver 150 lb, ability to read recipes, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Cropster, and Google Suite.

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively with others in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and maneuver 150 pounds regularly.
• Must read and follow written instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience with Microsoft D365, Cropster and Google Suite is a plus.
• Prior forklift, electric pallet-jack and reach stacker experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support daily workflow with Demand Planners and update work orders in D365.
• Portion out and stage green coffees per recipe for roasting needs.
• Assist in loading green coffee into roasting machines.
• Receive daily green coffee deliveries and check shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate green coffee inventory and manage recipe components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and sanitation per GMP requirements.
