Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Energy Policy, or related field; 1–3 years in sustainability or building programs; LEED GA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of LEED, Green Globes, and local Sustainability Index criteria.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Sustainability Index requirements for buildings and developments.
• Coordinate tools, checklists, and best practices to help stakeholders plan, design, and construct high-scoring projects.
• Liaise between regulatory agencies, industry partners, and project teams to align expectations.
• Ensure timely reviews and progress toward compliance.
• Develop educational materials and trainings on energy efficiency and sustainability.
