City of Commerce City seeks an Energy Efficiency Specialist to track energy usage in city buildings and develop strategies to improve energy efficiency under the Sustainability Manager.
This grant-funded position will lead the implementation of citywide building energy guidelines and a decarbonization roadmap for commercial and residential properties, with salary dependent on experience and a generous benefits package including health, retirement contributions, and work/life balance.
*This position is grant funded through the Denver Regional Council of Government (DRCOG) Building Policy Collaborative program. The duration of this appointment is guaranteed until fall 2029.
Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.
The hiring range is $83,592.60 - 92,880.67 / annually.
