The position supports on-site, hybrid, or remote work from our Lexington office, with occasional travel for events and meetings. A degree in a related field and 3+ years in sustainability within A/E/C are required.

Paladin, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Green Building Certification Specialist to help deliver quality services for our client’s projects and meet their sustainability goals. As a Green Building Certification Specialist, you will be responsible for rating systems (LEED, Green Globes, WELL, Energy Star, etc.) project work such as defining targets, collecting data, analyzing parameters, and preparing final reports within our customers’ projects. You will be responsible for managing the deliverable and preparing or implementing the modeling process with intent to show that results achieved match or exceed client targets.
This is a full time position out of our Lexington, KY office and can be on-site, hybrid, or remote. If remote, you will be expected to travel to our Lexington, KY office for events and meetings.
