Job summary

Pacific Biodiesel seeks a Driver / Maintenance Technician to perform grease interceptor maintenance and used cooking oil collection in Maui. The role involves operating a vacuum tank truck, performing minor plumbing work, and ensuring daily equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to drive and operate a vacuum truck.
• Physically fit for lifting and handling equipment.
• Understand basic grease interceptors servicing techniques.
• Must be able to work independently with urgency and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vacuum tank unit mounted on a truck.
• Maintain customer grease interceptors as directed.
• Perform light plumbing modifications and repairs.
• Able to clear obstructions in plumbing lines with pipe snakes or jetting.
• Daily equipment maintenance and pre/post-trip inspections.
• Handle multiple lengths of suction hoses.
