Job summary

Wind River Environmental is hiring for a grease trap maintenance technician to service commercial kitchens and supermarkets. The role involves locating traps, diagnosing issues, pumping out grease, and keeping traps fully operational.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, at least 1 year of professional driving experience, and ability to pass DOT drug screenings and medical exams. The job may require overtime, on-call rotations, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grease traps in commercial settings and diagnose issues.
• Pump grease from traps and ensure they are fully operational.
• Drive to/from job sites and prepare trucks/tools for service.
• Follow DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety protocols.
