U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned Risk/Compliance professional to drive governance and risk assessment transformation. You will coordinate workflows, maintain RCSA data, and author procedures while collaborating with RCA teams across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with a hybrid work schedule and a focus on compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than six years of applicable experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies.
• Strong workflow coordinator, process facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Prior GRC Transformation experience.
• Effective procedure, training, and guidance documentation.
• Effective presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Effective relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and eGRC systems (ServiceNow, Archer).

Responsibilities

• Partner with leader, peers, RCA teams to drive governance, risk assessment transformation and coordination.
• Coordinate operational team process routines, including workflow scheduling, reporting, monitoring and escalation.
• Maintain RAU structure and update RCSA data; conduct workshops and verify ratings before reporting.
• Author department procedures, training, and guidance materials.
• Support projects ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions to minimize losses from inefficiencies.
• Identify, respond to and escalate risks as appropriate.
• Act as liaison between the broader team, on-shore/off-shore and leadership.
