Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior risk/compliance/audit professional to partner with leaders and RCA teams to drive governance, risk assessment transformation, and the RAU/RCSA framework across the department.

You will coordinate operations, maintain RAU structures, author procedures and training, and identify gaps to minimize losses while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; six+ years of applicable experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies.
• Strong workflow coordination, process facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient with eGRC systems (ServiceNow, Archer) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and RCA teams to drive governance and risk assessment transformation across the RAU/RCSA framework.
• Coordinate operational team process routines including workflow scheduling and reporting.
• Maintain RAU structure and update RCSA data; conduct workshops and formal reporting.
• Author department procedures and training materials.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions to minimize losses from inadequate processes, systems or human error.
• Escalate risks and liaise between the broader team, onshore and offshore.
• Participate in projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
