TransUnion is seeking a Sr Manager, InfoSec Risk Management & Governance in Chicago. This role partners with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable cyber governance plans and measurable outcomes across the enterprise.

You will drive multi-year strategies, operating plans, and executive dashboards, while leading a small team focused on governance reporting, metrics, and communications. Hybrid work arrangement supported.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, compliance, governance, controls, technology risk, or related field in a complex enterprise.
Experience supporting senior executives through strategic planning, organizational governance, executive communications, operational management, and data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated experience leading Cyber GRC, cyber risk, compliance, controls assurance, technology risk, or governance programs and translating complex requirements into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the SVP, Global Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance, translating priorities into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
Develop multi-year strategies, operating plans, roadmaps, and governance rhythms for the organization.
Lead development of KPIs, KRIs, risk-reduction measures, executive dashboards, and governance reporting for CISO and executives.
Create executive presentations and board-ready materials translating cybersecurity and risk information into business insights.
Lead a small team responsible for Cyber GRC reporting, metrics, data analysis, and executive communications.
Modernize and automate Cyber GRC processes with AI, workflow automation, analytics, and emerging tech.
Partner with various stakeholders to improve risk, control, and compliance reporting.
Oversee budget planning, workforce planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking for Global Cyber GRC.
Monitor strategic initiatives and provide leadership with progress, risks, and outcomes.
