Job summary

SpaceXSI in Palo Alto, CA seeks a mid-to-senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance professional focused on third-party risk management and customer trust. You will serve as a security-minded presales engineer for the sales team, translate complex controls into credible responses for enterprise buyers, and help operate vendor risk processes across AI/production environments.

Collaborating with Engineering, Legal, and Product, you will maintain a knowledge base, respond to RFPs and questionnaires,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, GRC, third‑party risk, or security assurance with customer-facing duties.
• Experience completing vendor security questionnaires and engaging with enterprise buyers.
• Fluent across AI/LLM platforms, CI/CD, IAM, DevOps/DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Support sales as a cybersecurity/GRC presales partner in customer meetings.
• Own responses to vendor security questionnaires, RFPs, and CAIQ-style assessments.
• Maintain a knowledge base of control narratives aligned to how SpaceXSI operates.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Product to keep content current.
