Job summary

Mintlify, Inc. is seeking a dedicated GRC Program Manager to own security and compliance for our enterprise operations, including SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and related programs. The role leverages Drata and vendor partnerships to maintain audits and trust with major customers.

You will run multiple programs end-to-end, manage evidence and audits, administer the compliance platform, and coordinate with engineering and leadership to keep programs green and scalable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GRC / compliance program management / security operations with direct audit ownership.
• Hands-on compliance-platform administration (Drata, Vanta, or similar).
• Vendor and auditor relationship management as the accountable owner.
• Meticulous follow-through and a bias toward automation over manual work.

Responsibilities

• Run five compliance programs end-to-end; manage audit calendars, evidence, remediation and auditor relationships.
• Administer Drata; keep monitors green, assign evidence, manage policies and the trust center.
• Own the vendor bench; manage engagements, renewals and contracts across security/compliance vendors.
• Run standing processes: security questionnaire escalation and vendor security reviews.
• Be the customer-facing compliance voice; manage DPAs, subprocessor lists and enterprise requirements.
