Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned GRC Manager to lead and mature a Governance, Risk, and Compliance program within a complex energy and OT environment in Houston, TX. This permanent leadership role reports to senior cybersecurity leadership and oversees five direct reports and multiple contractors.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of leadership in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or governance, with strong IT/OT expertise and proficiency in IEC 62443, NIST CSF 2.0, and third‑party risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years leading cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or governance teams.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or industrial/OT environments.
• Strong IT and OT cybersecurity knowledge with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature a GRC program within a complex energy/OT environment.
• Oversee regulatory compliance initiatives and third-party risk programs.
• Develop and communicate cybersecurity policies, standards, and governance processes.
