Job summary

Gainsight is seeking a GRC-focused professional to lead and maintain the company’s GRC program. You will coordinate with Security, Engineering, IT, and Legal teams, working remotely from Mexico to ensure audit readiness and rigorous control framework management.

You will automate evidence collection, update policies, and maintain the risk register while collaborating across multifunctional teams to strengthen cloud security posture and compliance maturity at Gainsight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GRC, compliance, or IT audit.
• SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and cloud security knowledge.
• Strong communication and automation skills.
