Qualifications

• A keen ability to visually discern print problems on a moving web is crucial for quality during production runs.
• Basic reading and writing skills are essential for understanding procedures and documentation.
• The role requires physical stamina; you must grip, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency with hand tools including wrenches, wipers, and utility knives is necessary for maintenance tasks.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload print films for various print runs.
• Monitor film printing to quickly identify issues and ensure quality.
• Assist with transfers during print runs and support washing of rolls and cylinders.
• Retrieve and change out print cylinders, stage ink materials, and document returned inks.
