Job summary

Len-Tex Wallcoverings, a 40-year leader in color and design, seeks a Gravure Operator for our Print Department in New Hampshire. You will run press operations, direct Press Tenders, and ensure high-quality wallcoverings per production orders.

Responsibilities include QC at start and end of runs, accurate reporting, and maintaining safe, efficient production. Experience in manufacturing and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong communication skills a must.
• Able to grip, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to use common hand tools.
• Stand for extended periods as needed.

Responsibilities

• Confirm correct film color, gauge, and quantity per production order.
• Run order sequence per printing protocol.
• Verify print quality with color masters and stop runs to fix issues.
• Verify end-of-run layout before wash-up.
• Accurately fill roll tickets and daily production reports.
• Review Tenders' work for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide roll rejection reports to supervisors for rejected film.
• Maintain cleanliness of print machines; guide Tenders.
• Ensure work follows procedures and specs; train new Tenders.
• Promote safe work practices and monitor PPE use.
• Report maintenance or process problems in writing.
