Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Reno is seeking a Surveillance Trainee-Graveyard at Silver Legacy. You will learn camera surveillance across gaming and non-gaming areas and train on detecting cheating techniques and unusual play.

The role emphasizes proper reporting, video review, and adherence to Caesars values. Candidates should be able to sit/stand at a console, lift up to 10 pounds, and communicate in English. This is an entry-level training position with mobility requirements.

Qualifications

Ability to perform basic math functions mentally.
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all camera surveillance within the property.
Train in various aspects of gaming surveillance with emphasis on identifying cheating techniques and methods of play.
Train in the proper use of video surveillance equipment and proper camera angles.
Train in report writing and documentation of evidence and incidents.
Train in identification of areas of concern and possible cheaters, thieves, or loss.
Exemplify core values and DEI culture.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
