Job summary

Hanover Foods Corporation in Hanover, PA is seeking a depalletizer operator to feed cans into the production line and help maintain continuous operation at the closing machine.

You will unbind materials, monitor can flow, and perform duties that ensure safety, GMP/HACCP compliance, and product integrity while keeping a clean work area.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, work overtime, and collaborate with supervisors and leads to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Unbinds restraining material and positions it for depalletizer.
• Operates depalletizer, feeding cans into the production line to maintain continuous operation.
• Physically lifts up to 40 pounds as required.
• Removes damaged cans and unjams can track when necessary.
• Should not leave assigned work area unless given permission by supervisor/lead person.
• Stacks empty pallets and can dividers.
• Maintains a clean work area per housekeeping practices.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and plant hygiene standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor and/or Lead person.
