Job summary

Hanover Foods Corporation is seeking a general laborer to support the freezer production line. You will perform non-mechanical duties on the shift, handle strapping, stacking, tote makeup and tear downs, and assist with dumping operations as directed.

Applicants must be able to lift 50–100 pounds, maintain good attendance, work overtime when required, and follow GMP and safety practices to protect product quality.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to record data onto a spreadsheet.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Adherence to safety and GMP hygiene practices.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Strap finished goods and prepare for packing.
• Stack pallets and assemble totes; perform tear downs as needed.
• Dump totes and inspect for extraneous materials.
• Ensure line area remains clean and organized per GMP.
• Report safety or mechanical concerns immediately to supervisor.
• Follow food safety policies and wear required PPE.
