Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Grave Shift Cage Shift Supervisor to oversee daily Cage Department operations and deliver excellent guest services on a 24-hour schedule. The role includes supervising Cage Cashiers, ensuring accurate cash handling, and reporting to the Cage Manager with changes and issues.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong math and communication skills, and prior cage cashier exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience handling large sums of money and/or one (1) year of cage cashier experience.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Six (6) months experience in all cage banks preferred.
• Effective math skills; may be tested.
• Ability to operate office equipment (10-key, PC, phone, copier).
• One (1) year customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the duties of cage cashier.
• Supervises Cage Cashiers during shifts.
• Maintains cage staff customer service quality.
• Completes Cage forms and reports as required.
• Verifies cage accountability and authorizes casino checks.
• Maintains keys, inventories and currency forms.
• Participates in continuous improvement and policy adherence.
• Upholds all information security and confidentiality guidelines.
