Becklar is seeking a part-time Graves Customer Service Operator to support alarm monitoring operations in Ogden, UT. You will process alarm signals, dispatch responders, and document actions while maintaining calm under pressure. The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to type 40 wpm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be available to work Grave shifts.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
• 24/7 operations require one weekend day weekly or every other weekend and holidays.
• Commitment to at least 6 months.
• Must pass a 2 week fully-paid training class.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally while managing stressful situations.
• Dispatch authorities to subscribers' locations in emergencies and verify help is on the way.
• Assist alarm company partners with alarm system tests to ensure functionality.
• Accurately document all responses for the alarm in the computer.
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.

To ensure each team member gets schedule flexibility you must be willing to work 1 weekend day each week or every other weekend.
