Capitol Terminals in Michigan is seeking qualified gravel train drivers for full-time roles. Earn up to $31.00/hr with a comprehensive benefits package and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You will safely operate tractor-trailers, load and unload gravel, and ensure on-time deliveries to various job sites.

The role requires a valid CDL Class A with doubles endorsement, at least one year of gravel train experience, and a clean driving record. Pre-employment DOT drug screening is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with doubles endorsement.
• Minimum 1 year gravel train experience.
• Clean driving record within the last 5 years and during employment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Safely drive tractor-trailer to transport gravel and similar materials.
• Load and unload materials with proper safety procedures.
• Verify directions with plant personnel to ensure correct deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues to supervision.
• Maintain communication with dispatcher for delivery instructions.
• Follow Company, DOT, and OSHA rules and regulations at all times.
• Support team and assist other employees as needed.
