Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the grave shift at a highly automated production facility in Wilsonville, Oregon. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, welding, and calibration in a fast-paced, food-grade environment. Overtime may be required to support continuous operations and facility improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience on industrial equipment in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to diagnose electro-mechanical systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Experience with 3‑phase motors, drives, and control circuits is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and calibrate components.
• Diagnose equipment problems from test results and operator feedback.
• Repair and adjust parts, reassemble machinery, and verify functionality.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control issues including PLC-based systems.
• Cut and weld metal to repair or fabricate parts and assist in assembly.
• Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and maintain safety.
