Americans for Prosperity - Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Grassroots Coordinator to mobilize communities in the Fox Valley, Appleton, or Oshkosh areas. You will work with AFP activists to organize phone banking, canvassing, and local events that support state-based policy initiatives.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, ongoing learning, and collaboration with local staff to grow a robust grassroots network and advance Stand Together's PBM-driven mission.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AFP activists and volunteers in phone banking, canvassing, and events.
• Coordinate with local staff to run state and local educational rallies and events.
• Help build and grow AFP activist communities with grassroots staff.
• Work with the state team on special projects related to priority initiatives.
• Assist with logistics for canvassing literature and materials.
• Support various grassroots activities.

As a Grassroots Coordinator with Americans for Prosperity - Wisconsin you will advocate for our issues in your community and help grow the grassroots network by working alongside the local staff as a part-time employee. This role will be in the Fox Valley, Appleton, or Oshkosh areas.

How You Will Contribute

• Collaborate with AFP activists and volunteers in phone banking, door-to-door canvassing, and neighborhood events related to state-based policy initiatives
• Work alongside local grassroots staff to execute state and local educational rallies and other grassroots events
• Help build, maintain, and grow communities of AFP activists in coordination with grassroots staff
• Work directly with state team to drive special projects related to AFP priority initiatives
• Help with logistics relating to canvassing literature and materials
• Support various grassroots activities

For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $15–$25 per hour. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employee’s overall contribution to the organization.
