Greenlight Networks is seeking a proactive Community Outreach Coordinator to engage Wyomissing and nearby communities with our high-speed fiber internet. You will build local relationships, plan events, and represent the brand at community gatherings and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in community engagement, event coordination, or grassroots marketing.
• Ability to speak persuasively and present to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Canva, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with community organizations, municipal leaders, and local stakeholders to promote Greenlight Networks.
• Plan, coordinate, and host community events to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Represent Greenlight Networks at local events, town halls, HOA meetings, and networking functions to generate interest.
• Develop region-specific social media strategies to increase engagement and sign-ups.
• Serve as a confident public speaker and brand advocate at in-person and virtual events.
• Identify local marketing opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships that align with goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor feedback and reporting to improve outreach strategies.
• Execute tactical marketing efforts including door-to-door engagement and local campaigns.
• Own and execute social media programs per community.
