General Description

The Grapple Driver will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include the delivery, removal, and emptying of various size containers.

Key Duties

1. Must have a CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record.
2. Operate a Grapple truck safely and efficiently.
3. Pick up and drop off roll-off boxes at job sites.
4. Assess box content, secure loads, and transport to dump sites.
5. Prepare and submit dump slips, rental slips, and timecards.
6. Maintain truck and equipment in good condition and project a professional image.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

Candidates must be able to perform all key duties satisfactorily. Requirements include:

1. Experience: Minimum of three years as a Grapple Truck Driver; high school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Physical Demands: Ability to sit, handle objects, reach, talk, hear, stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 100 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
3. Work Environment: Outdoors in all weather, exposure to noise, grease, dust, and proximity to heavy machinery. Ability to hear and understand sounds and alarms is essential.
