Apple invites skilled engineers to join the Silicon Engineering team to design and build workloads for GPU validation, performance, and power management. You’ll work with architecture, modeling, power, and software teams to ensure silicon brings up and beyond meets high quality and efficiency standards.

The role involves creating bit-accurate C/C++ models and collaborating across global engineering sites to deliver robust GPU workloads for verification and validation throughout the development

Formación

• Experience with GPU APIs like Metal, OpenGL, DirectX, Vulkan, CUDA, or shading languages.
• Knowledge of key graphics rendering algorithms.
• B.S. degree and 3 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Developing critical workloads for GPU validation (architecture, functionality, performance, power).
• Working with GPU hardware teams from design bring-up through post-silicon to identify and debug issues.
• Collaborating with GPU software teams during driver bring-up to rapidly identify and resolve issues.
• Create bit-accurate C/C++ models for hardware verification.
